I personally wanted to take the time to commend your service representative Jason. Our company vehicles have always been handled by Jason formally at Darra Ford and now at Bremer Ford.
I have always struck Jason as helpful and easy to deal with but yesterday he took his service to a new level I believe.
My wife dropped her Ford Ranger off for service and collected it in the afternoon, only to be greeted by Jason like she was the most important customer of the day.
He also acknowledge our two young boys who commented on how nice the man was.
I personally know how often people are to point out the negatives of a business and thought it imperative that you as the Dealer Principal should hear a positive experience.

Every new car I have bought in my life has been a Ford. This time we did look at Subaru and Mazda as well and based on the car, test drive and how the sales person dealt with us, Ford was by far the superior. From the moment we came back to Ford I felt at home. Steve was amazing and he made us feel so at ease with the whole process. He knew from the start that we were unsure which car I wanted and he didn't push us at all. He guided us and gave us all the facts, but of course giving his best sales pitch too to show us the benefits of the Ford Focus. I found him so easy to talk to and he gave us all of his attention and he didn't care how long it was going to take us to decide. One of the other dealers rang us 5 times a day and even asked could we do a credit card deposit over the phone and that was even before we had decided which car we wanted, he was just that pushy. Steve was just so different and right from the start made me want that car and that is an amazing salesman. As far a the whole team at Bremer Ford they were all just as great, I can't fault them. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and that has always been the way we felt over the years we have done business with them. Sandra and I think it was Ben (the guy that helped us with payment and insurance) both do an amazing job too, they just couldn't be helpful enough. All I can say is Ford has a great group of employees working for them at Bremer Ford. When you can recommend a dealership you know you are happy with your experience with them and I have told a few people about how happy I am with my new car and with Bremer Ford in general. We didn't feel like just a number of another car they sold that month. I really can't say anything to improve on the experience I had with them.

I can honestly say that the whole experience was beyond all expectations and I would like to personally mention David Hodges who was largely responsible for making that happen. This is the third Territory I have purchased and never before had such professional and courteous service. I also reside locally in Ipswich and am a proud Ford driver and believe in supporting my local businesses and will therefore continue as well to have my car serviced and maintained by a professional team in Jason and his team in the Bremer Ford Service department. Dealing with David Hodges was the best experience I have had. He made the experience painless and went above and beyond with his customer service. I went to Blacktown ford in NSW and was basically told by the sales manager that I was wasting there time. Castle hill ford in NSW told me I sounded to young on the phone to buy a wildtrack? (I could not believe this was said to me) also they still haven't even called me back! These 2 companies had the worst customer service I have experienced. Yet, David hodges gave me the best service all the way from QLD and delivered the car in time for me to start my new job!

As I buy many new cars a year I have a lot of dealings with car dealers. I like the process to be quick and simple as I come with a set figure in mind and look for a simple yes or no answer. Bremer Ford made it into my top list as it was as quick and simple as it could be which only strike now and again. The one thing that has put them right at the top of the list, as simple as it is, when I drove out I realized they gave me the car with a full tank of fuel. This just doesn't happen even when you ask yet back in the day it was part of old fashioned service you expected. I give 10 of 10 to the salesman, the hand over lady and the dealer principal who not only rang me to confirm the detail but took the time to introduce himself on pick up as it was the first time I had actually gone to the dealership in person.

I've just purchased by second vehicle from Bremer Ford. Exceptional customer service has been provided in the after care of my first car through their service department and again, I've returned based on my good experience with the dealership. This time I'm ecstatic and buying my dream car thanks to the team there. They've been fantastic and I'll definitely be referring people to Bremer Ford.
